There is no guarantee that Taiga will get more shop photos at the moment. You may want to hold back your order until later. As for paparazzi photos, I don't remember seeing a lot of Taiga photos at all, and some may be old.

As mentioned above, I'm not limiting number of photos this time, but just be considerate and don't order too much. I'd say about 50~60 is honestly max, but you won't have that many Taiga photos anyways.

Summary shop photos if released, would be released on the first day of Summary shows, so I won't know earlier than that. J-Net may update with information on the same day, but other than that, it might be best to wait for some previews to show up to have it confirmed 100%

I'm not sure if you saw some of the previews on the HSJ comm, but Summary pamphlet offshots have been released for HSJ. There's about 7 photos for each member and the rough total posted on J-Net is 75, so there might not be a lot of group/mixed photos.

Are you referring to 25 photos in total or 25 of paparazzi and 25 of shop? If it's 25 of each, I might have to reply to you later because I'll have to see how much cash I have left after some events, but if it's just 25 in total, then it's fine.
