Taisuke was sulking. He was sulking on Christmas Eve and that was killing his festive mood. He stared at his cellphone as he curled up on his bed. "Wataru, you idiot," he mumbled.
His house was quiet considering his whole family was out for dinner. He had told them a few days earlier that he had plans already so by the time he came back home, the house was silent.
Rolling on his bed now, Taisuke mumbled something about killing Yokoo the next time he met the other. He didn't understand why the other suddenly cancelled their plans last minute and refused to explain why. His day already didn’t go so well and it all mainly Yokoo's fault. Stupid Yokoo for acting like today was the most normal day ever and wouldn't stop talking to Kitayama when Taisuke had glomped him during the short rehearsal for the countdown concert. Then he had to cancel their plans? Taisuke was not a happy person at the moment.
About to punch into his pillow, pretending it was Yokoo (he was being such a girl, but he didn't care at the moment), Taisuke stopped when he heard the doorbell ring. He scowled slightly and for a moment, decided to ignore it. When it came again and again though, he made a face and slipped off his bed, heading downstairs.
"It better be someone I want to see…" Taisuke mumbled to himself. When he opened the door though, Taisuke blinked at the teddy bear that was at his eye level.
"Fujigaya Taisuke-kun, would you like to name me?" A voice squeaked, though Taisuke could still recognize it despite the change in pitch.
"Wataru!"
Teddy bear lowered, Taisuke then saw the face that he was hoping the punch minutes earlier. "Yo, Tai-chan."
It took a second, but Taisuke finally reacted. "It's not 'yo'! Why are you here when you cancelled our plans just a while ago?!"
Yokoo shrugged and grinned. "I wanted to surprise you?" He handed the teddy bear over to Taisuke. "You must be happy now though, right?" he said with a confident smirk.
Taking the teddy bear and staring at its (cute) face, Taisuke huffed, "Why should I be? Wataru's an idiot, cancelling then appearing like that." He poked the bear's nose. "Why a teddy bear anyways? I'm not a girl, you know."
"Of course I know," Yokoo said, stepping into the house and closing the door behind him. He wrapped an arm around Taisuke's waist and pulled his boyfriend closer. "If there's anyone that knows for sure, it has to be me." He chuckled and pressed a kiss on Taisuke’s forehead.
Taisuke blushed and tried to turn away from Yokoo, but the other made it kind of hard to do so. "Wataru, you idiot…" he mumbled.
"You love me though," Yokoo murmured back, pressing another kiss on Taisuke's cheek this time.
Furrowing his eyebrows together, Taisuke whined, "You ignored me today on purpose, didn’t you? Pretending that it wasn't Chirstmas Eve today…"
Yokoo chuckled and nuzzled Taisuke. "It makes you even happier when you see me at your doorstep like this."
"You're even a worst romantist than Senga," Taisuke grumbled, playing with the teddy bear.
"Well," Yokoo started, "let me take you out for a drive and then a nice dinner afterwards to make up for everything." He kissed Taisuke on the lips this time briefly.
"…really?" Taisuke eyed Yokoo carefully.
Yokoo smiled. "Really." He tugged on the teddy bear's arm slightly. "You want to bring teddy with us, or leave him behind?"
Taisuke paused. "He'll…watch the house." He pulled away from Yokoo to set the teddy bear down on the dresser near the door, sitting up.
"Your brothers won't take it?"
"They know better."
Yokoo grinned. "Alright, let's go then!" He waited for Taisuke to get his jacket and put it on before he pulled the other back into his arms again. He pressed his lips against Taisuke's for a longer, deeper kiss. When he pulled back, he had a small satisfied smirk on his face, noting the slightly flushed cheeks on Taisuke's face
"Merry Christmas, Tai-chan…"
Taisuke gave Yokoo a small, warm smile. "Merry Christmas, Wataru…"
Author's Note: Oh ho, another Christmas present~ I figured I should actually try writing something Christmas-y for once and it turned out to be this...fluffy YoSuke ficlet. X);; Wataru actually said he would do that for a Christmas date. Act normal and maybe even piss his date off a little before showing the person something really awesome to make up for the whole thing and yea... The ficlet is based off what Wataru said in Wink Up. So yea. X3
And the title is like alfjhalsfa cheesy and like I don't know because I couldn't come up with anything and Taisuke saying MeriKuri was so cuteeee and alfhafs I don't know. >.>'' Or actually it was Hiro and like hafjhalsfasf my mind is too dead to care. Wth.
So yea, I fail at coming up with something interesting and intelligent to say. (Oh oh oh, this is my first YoSuke one-shot that's not NC-17! jghalsfasf WTH >.>'')
