That first one is awfully cool. I love the light and shadow in it, and the sense of motion.

Yeah, it's a great shot. She's great at trying out random postiions. This one was shot using the same color as below and I think it just helped add something to it in BW contrast wise that really worked.

the one in black and white is sex, pure and simple. it's lovely and has so much feeling to it. for some reason i'm just not digging the pink and blue one. maybe it's the harsh colors

Yeah, that first one is one of my favorite from the series. There's a similar onen that I've been working on, doing sort of a Warhol with it. Hope to have time to finish it this week but we'll see. Work is crazy and I was told to expect many late nights this week.

you know, this work nonsense really gets in the way of doing important things like photography and reading comic books

I agree! I have a whole disc and a half of Aeon Flux to catch up on aftere not watching it for years since my VCR died and the hubby refused to replace it! It's a total bummer.

second one.. filtered? or post processed or just the lighting?

Just lighting. On the right was a pink gel, on the left blue. Actually, they were both a combination of two gels to produce those colors but yeah, I'm sure you get the idea ;-)

i really like the first one. good contrast. good use of blank space. good perspective (even if it sorta looks like she has a tiny arm/hand coming out of her head). but i still really like it =D

Hee hee for perspective. I'm trying to remember if this was shot with the wide-angle or not. The color one was.

Hooray for adventurous models (and talented photogs).
Love the first one, but then my heart's always been lost to b/w. Marvelous pose, composition and lighting.

Hooray for adventurous models indeed! Yeah, she's fun. We've already been discussing our next shoot. A lot less twisted positions but should be fun and quirky.
