I've got selflesslight and littlestcooper in on it and neraiutsu has been informed and intends to participate (but he hasn't talked to Rachel yet and Rachel is sorta nominally in charge at least according to Val IDK).

ALSO! Very important: Who is willing to get hurt, and how much? This plot has the potential to be very painful, but i don't wanna scar anyones pups without permission.

I'm willing to have Val get knocked around. Somebody brought up the fact that the flesh-shapers can maybe get at her through her armour; this is okay by me as long as she's still alive and more or less whole by the end of it.

Neil's mecha can take as much damage as you feel like throwing at it, but it's pretty sturdy, so I think it'll come out of the fight in pretty much one piece. Neil himself-- I'll deal out injuries to him while he's safe and snug in his cockpit, based on how much jolting around he's getting from the fight.

Feel free to do whatever you want to Lucy. Her shapechange heals injuries, so she'll be good as new afterwards. Although I'll add that because of her durability, the flesh-shapers are probably the only thing that can hurt her.

I'm planning to have him start out kicking major ass from a distance, 'cause he's a sniper and that's what he does best.

I'm also planning to have him end up needing to close with the enemy for whatever reason, 'cause I like having my pups get the hell beat out of them, and Neil needs to realize that a machine worth three armies at home isn't necessarily the be-all and end-all of combat in Shatter. 'sepcially not when it's essentially a support unit and he has nobody to support.
