Just realized today that some people don't realize how ancient this debate is:
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn’t want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.
Okay, just kidding about the last part . . . Betcha the young earth creationists will claim this structure in Syria is the "Tower of Babel" and that Potassium-Argon dating doesn't work. Keep dreaming . . .
