The silly thing that I found really annoying about the US remake was that a vampire and werewolf where a nurse and pre-med despite being homeless and messed up. I find myself quiet miffed at this 'profession' added to the boys.
I myself just couldn't bring myself to watch the US version. It just felt wrong and they looked wrong. Was changing the channel whenever i saw the promos.
