Vicarious pleasure, here! I'm so glad you got to meet Kyouya, and you are far too pretty to be self-conscious about your age. Who does callow boy think he is? He's got his age-metrics out of whack. You should've just patted him on the head and said, "Tough luck, Sonny. I'm still out of your league."

God in heaven, it's a good thing I wasn't standing there with you when that fucking kid said that to you -- I would have blown his tiny little mind! I'm fifty-fucking-five years old!! I guess before I go to a con, I have to get some kind of really good withering remark ready in my head for that situation, so I am not kicking myself later for not having blasted the little shits.

Anywho.... awesome post, and I'm glad you all had such a great time even if I am jealous as hell.... and that the cats survived your absence with only a minimum of destructive rampaging.

Sounds like a fun trip. Of course, this old San Diego Comic-Con goer is like, 15,000. Pssshh...so 1990-ish. And hey, fart jokes? Always funny, inherently so. Glad you had a good time. Everyone needs to indulge their "squee!" every now and then.
