Is the "leather" bag still too big? The tutorial doesn't give measurements, so it's really hard to estimate.

The dress and bag were made from a shirt I had. I loved the print, but not how the shirt fit me, so I decided to recycle it for minis. :p I also made a mini bedding set out of it.

I'm glad they work for a Monday minis post. And I'm especially glad you're feeling better. :D
