I'm currently filling this, but I'm afraid you might not like what I write. It's currently taking a turn towards very dark winchest. (Or is it?)

Hah, yeah, I'm not a fan of the Wincest over here.

At this point, I have yet to come across a fic that depicts it realistically, as grim and grey and horrible and creepy as it would actually be. Everything I've seen is either nice, or dark of the kink variety--even if it's the sort of kink where the reader doesn't want to admit to getting some kind of deep dark vicarious thrill out of it.

So yeah, it's really not my thing, but if you manage to sell it as something grounded in the horror of reality and not titillating in any way, you'll at least earn my respect.

Well, my approach here is definitely more of the horror variety.

Anyway, if I do post my fic here, I won't feel insulted if you don't read it.
If you want to, I can not post it here but only to my journal, so no one will overlook this prompt because it has already been filled.

You should absolutely post it to the meme--just 'cuz I'm not a fan doesn't mean others won't enjoy it. I mean, I'm not the fic police. Fortunately, 'cuz damn, that's not a job I would relish.
