Pairing: None, it's gen.
Spoilers for Victoria's Secret part 2 & maybe Letting Go.
Warnings: Maybe not very nice if you can read between the lines. Plus it hasn't been beta-read.

It was guilt that had kept him away at first, once he’d found out that Benton was going to be okay. The guilt that if he’d been a better father none ( Read more... )

That's a really interesting idea - I like it!

Thank you:)

I think probably the latter explanation with Vecchio's evil father is more likely though considering Ray has never been able to see Bob Fraser, so why would he be able to see a gun he'd magic-ed up. I prefer the Bob Fraser one though because it'd be a mistake born out of love not hate.*G*

What I really fancy reading about is what happens in the 3 weeks after the teaser of Letting Go and before the main part of the episode, but I don't think I've come across any fic like that.

Thank you:) It was one thing that really puzzled me about the scene. We all knew that it was a good thing that Fraser didn't go with Victoria. But perhaps Bob could actually see what would have happened to his son if he'd gone with her. Plus Bob was at the train station anyway... Sorry if you got this twice. I wasn't finished and the thing started posting all by itself (I may have pressed the wrong button).

Oh yes I forgot he sees Bob just after he is shot it makes a lot of sense. I think in some ways Bob is arguing the rational, voicing the thoughts that I suspect in the back of his mind Fraser does have.

No worries.
