Shuuhei knew he was being totally uncool, but if that boy still wouldn’t let go Kira’s hand in the next five seconds, he was going to slay something.

They might be young, Shuuhei realized this, but it was a privilege indeed to have Kira by his side in such young age.

I’ll be back soon, the words which had been spoken to him in such tenderness meant nothing to Kira as Yamamoto-soutaichou made an official announcement that the ninth division’s vice-captain had been slain by a hollow and now was no longer alive.
