Alright. Finally got out of Azalea today now that I've got the Hive Badge.
Way too easy, why would anyone that weak even be a gym leader?

We'll be in Goldenrod soon, shouldn't take too long. Probably less than a week.

The only thing worth commenting on in Azalea's gym is that Scizor, and I still had no problem with it. Bug types aren't exactly the best type to train solo.

Agreed. I have a fire/fighting type on my team, so this was pretty much a joke.

My champion for that round was Fighting/Steel, but he still got the job done. My Skarmory annihilated the rest of his team; the whole battle was a little pitiful. I'm hoping Goldenrod's gym proves more of a challenge.

I hope so too, but it's a normal type gym, so I doubt it'll be much more of a challenge with a Fighting/Steel type involved. Unless it's a male pokémon? I hear the gym leader has a penchant for Charm attacks.

[Moving along a path in the perpetal semi-darkness of the Ilex Forest. He doesn't seem to be walking, oddly enough, the scenery in the background moves past relatively quickly and relatively evenly. Oh, and the firey hedgehog mouse thing is there again too! On his shoulder this time.]

[Squalo grins and turns the 'gear so Dee can see the head of the Onix he's riding on... and the forest floor a bit further down, then pans it around to give her an idea of how big the thing is. This view includes the two other boys also riding on the back of the Onix behind him, Killua and Belphegor.]

That would be Litico.

[There's a crunching sound as the Onix turns his head slightly to look up and back at his trainer, before facing the path again. Not talking to him? Alright.]

I know it takes about a week to get through the forest on foot, so we'll probably get through in half that, and then another day or so from the forest to the city.
