I haven't felt this oddly down since high school. The only drastic changes I could see is 1) the weather and 2) I'm off birth control.

The weather can't explain it, because I was doing pretty well in San Francisco.

..stupid birth control.

Before the clock reached 8, I thought it was 11 already. *yawn*

I switched to a new birth control recently and left a month in between where I wasn't taking it. And yeah. Hormonal rollercoaster.

I've been off for around three months now. I think what it is has something to do with seasonal affective disorder. I know it was bad in high school, but, when it went away in college, I figured it was pubescent hormones gone nuts. I'm now thinking that birth control leveled me out, and being off it is screwing with me again.

It's weird because it's now after 1AM and I feel as though I can't sleep. UGH.

Interesting that birth control may affect S.A.D. They never say that. But there's a lot they don't say (or know).

What a coincidence, I was also up after 1AM! Well, I wasn't up, I was lying in bed, but y'know.

Well they say the can affect depression? Maybe they like to keep things vague enough to apply to all sorts of things. At least it affected it in a positive way.
