I know exactly why you were emotionally hurt! Two unexpected strangers (or close to) showed up in your personal space without your consent and called you a name! Ridiculous! And the fact that your roommate completely disrespected you by not letting you know they were coming, and giving a spare key to a SHARED apartment to MALES (statistically, it's just not good, guys)!? So inconsiderate, I hope you find a new place soon.

ps-the guy who called me a nerd showed up today to fix something (he works for the complex). I opened the door a little, gave him a look and said, "she's not here." He looked stunned and scared before telling me he was here because she called a work order in. I had no idea, so when he asked I was able to tell him, "there's a lot of things she doesn't tell me." LIKE YOU WERE COMING OVER YESTERDAY. ass.
Your roommate sounds like a pain in the ass. And that is ridiculously inappropriate to do. She really should have at least told you that she was giving hers and YOUR house key to someone else.
