Isn't this Q from Star Trek? I use to know him and Patrick Stewart when I lived in California. They did Shakespearan plays while not filming or on TV sets. No wonder he was cast as Q - did you see where he was born: Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia! Found some interesting stuff on:
