New workers without experience would come in at minimum, and upgrade as they gain experience, most likely. Reasoning: Both would like to work permanently in a capacity they're used to. Setting up a clinic means ongoing opportunities for likeminded medical persons to get involved in work they care about, as well as offers a place to conduct courses on first aid and CPR (if one is so inclined). It creates an atmosphere of stablitity and part of a growing confidence in the Refugees as a community, and not merely a collective of persons forced to cohabitate on this good ship.
