Oh no, Damen, you only flirted with her, lead her on, then all but ignored her in favor of another girl. Why on Earth would she be angry over that?
"So Ever declares she’s madly in love with him, even though he’s a player, because she can’t read his mind and he’s pretty."
And that's one thing I don't get about these Twilight rip-off romances. I guess the idea is that the guy cruises around to get the girl jealous and realize she likes him, but who wants a guy like that? If I were to choose, I'd want a guy who shows his affections by - get this - wooing me without flirting with other girls. Incidentally, this is one of the reasons I don't understand people who say that Elizabeth/Jack is more feminist or whatever than Elizabeth/Will. How is it better for a girl to choose a drunken womanizer who only loves his ship, as opposed to the nice dude who risked his life several times to keep you alive and safe?
It's, well, probably because they think Jack is funnier, cooler and... funnier. Plus he's played by Jhonny Deep so -shrug-. I still can't believe there are people out there *cough*fanfi*cough who actually believe Jack and Elizibeth should miralously fall in love and, oh, that will surly end Jacks awesomeness and turn him into a warm, fuzzy, gooey, Edward. Yuck. And Will will (c wat i did ther?) be a jealous bitch over them both and Elizabeth will be all delicate and need Jack to save her and- I'm getting really over the top, aren't I? Imma stop now. :)
Yeah, I know. And I do think Jack's a cool dude and all. I'm fine with pairings, if it's in the sense of "Yeah, it'll never happen, but it'd be neat if it did". But then, there're the people who are like "ELIZABETH'S A WHORE FOR NOT PICKING JACK" and...yeah.
*Blinks* I certainly didn't. Wow. Seems as though it's less of a personality trait and more like a disease... Imma name it Edward Syndrome. *thinks**The money I'll make out of writing characters in books with this...*
Damn: But growing a personality is haaaaard. *stamps foot* I can't even buy one with all the money I, no doubt, horde. Can't I just make people swoon? Ever: *swoon* Damen: *Is a smug bastard*

Silly Damen. You have to grow a personality first if you want to inspire actual emotions in people.
