I love Hagrid, and Harry deep down does too. And I'm tired of movies always killing off the good guy that I like, that isn't the main character, but I still like 'em! So no killing Hagrid, and no killing Ron. (Ron is acceptable due to there being a fandom for him that is acceptably large. Hagrid dies in canon, and I'm left with squat!)

But...urgh. She chose Dumbledore, which was something quite predictable. I mean, it surprised me that *he* bought the farm, but only because I wasn't expecting something so...predictable.

I know what you mean. I kept thinking Arthur Weasley would kick it, because I didn't think she'd go the predictable route and do Dumbledore. But yeah, wrong again.
