I was one of the many unfortunates effected by the Sidekick server failure.

I have almost one full year until my contract is out so I thought I was stuck with T-Mobile until next September.

One complaint filed to the Attorney General's office = one phone call from T-Mobile corporate office waiving my $200 early termination fee.

Goodbye fuckers!

i get a discount at both places.

i'm leaning towards the Palm Pre at Sprint.

I tried the Pre and it's very nice. I have the Touch Diamond right now so I can't comment about its long term use, but I'm switching to the Pre in a month or so. I've had no trouble with Sprint service. But it might be nice to have an iPhone to pull out when everyone else pulls out their iPhone.

Oh thank goodness! Congrats hun - that is amazing. I love being with Sprint - their customer service has really gotten amazing since they merged with Nextel and I never have phone problems like ever!

you should get the gift card in about 4 weeks. i can't tell if it's $25 or $75 but i'll be happy with either. i know i get a card as well for being refered. i will use it to offset the phone start-up fee (not mentioned when we signed on).

YAY! That is so awesome! I will have to tell Patrick about that - I wonder if his sales person did what yours tried to do and just took the credit for himself. And I would never complain about free money - of course, $75 would be better but $25 was mre than I had before :)
