Turns out there was blood in all that vomiting...he has a bleeding ulcer - once it bled enough his blood pressure dropped and then he fainted. Once he got enough blood in his stomach the vomiting started...I'm glad they know what it is. Now hopefully they can find it and fix it. (They are doing a blood transfusion first since he's so weak)
