Yesterday, with some amount of trepidation, I attended a handstand workshop. My energy levels have been generally waning over the past year or so, and my endurance has been getting pretty shitty. I didn't realize your fatigue levels were still so bad. That stinks. Hurray for seeing improvement, though! Glad you had a good time at the handstand workshop!

Yeah, they were getting terrible. One day I walked to the gym for a workout. I think I managed to do 20 burpees spaced over a half hour, and that was it. I knew I didn't have it in me to do any weights, so I started to walk home. I only made it about three blocks when I had to call for a ride. I could barely stand up, I was so destroyed. Not normal at all.

I really hope you're over that hump. I'm still in 12 hours of bed rest a day land and often read your accomplishments as I will get there one day inspiration.

As you say, the work to improve will cease ten minutes after I'm dead. =)

I have been improving gradually, but I sure would like to know what's causing these sudden bouts of exhaustion. The only other time I remember feeling this way was when I had mono in first year of university. I hope you get your energy levels back, too!
