Now, it should be noted I am NOT a fan of the current Batgirl run. I think the decision to make Barbara Gordon walk again and put her back in costume was a bad one, and is a major step back. It was also entirely editorially mandated by DC's higher ups, as part of the 'Nu52' reboot at DC

Friend on Facebook wrote a loooooooong status about this. While I don't follow DC as heavily as some, it's still very disappointing to hear. DC women (whoever few are left) deserve far better treatment than this as more titles are going to men.
