Friday 5: TV pilots

As you probably know if you read this blog, I’m a big fan of TV. My general rule is if it’s about teens, I definitely watch and usually adore it. But I’ll watch almost anything as long as it’s not a law drama, crime-scene investigation, or a medical drama (though I do make exceptions since I somehow still watch Grey’s Anatomy).

Are the folks doing Grimm working with Jasper Fforde? Cause this premise is straight out of his books (the cop-with-fairy-tale-characters one, not the Thursday Next series)

They all look interesting - I wonder which will make it.

The Big Over Easy! Such a fun book! How amazing would that be, a tv show captained by Jasper Fforde?

OOooh, lots of neat stuff! I'm also digging the Prime Suspect remake, because I was flat out blown away by the original. There's also a Civil War show, which interests me because 1) the costumes, and 2) the Civil War, really?

I'm most excited for NINE LIVES, since I loved the books. (Well, the first two. I was never able to find the third...sigh.) But it's on ABC Family, so since I don't have cable...I won't be able to watch it. (Ah, life.)

I'll probably be watching RINGER now, though, if it gets picked up, because of you! I haven't heard of this pilot till now, but the premise + Sarah Michelle Gellar makes it an auto-watch for me. :)
