This year, I've decided that Lent would need to be a truly purifying event. I had already given up chocolate as my New Year's resolution and I've always felt giving up chocolate is a bit of a cop-out on the Lenten horizon

I'm seriously considering giving up the Internet for Lent, with the exception of e-mail and when B queues up YouTube videos for us to watch. I guess I'd better decide soon. Okay, I will make an exception for watching Olympics vids online, since we have no TV.

I was actually considering the best Atheistic way to celebrate Lent, as (working for two churches) I am surrounded by it. I figured it would be good to indulge in something for 40 days, but I can't figure out what. (or at least not that I can actually have).
