Apparently me getting cranky with them on the phone this morning was a good thing. The tech just left and we are back in service!

Just a heads up... Our cable and Internet are out for the rest of the week. I can get limited service on my phone... but I kinda hotspotted to watch Netflix yesterday and ran through most of my data...

It really is annoying.

Well, they squeezed us in... and the cable worked for about an hour... and now it's out again.

I'm glad that they made it earlier than planned, even if they only fixed half the issue.

It keeps going in and out... in and out. So we have another appointment scheduled.

Well, it was fixed... for about an hour. And now it's out again.
