Sorry to hear this. WHY did it fall off? Bumpers generally don't just fall off...

Best guess: someone hit it in a parking lot, and it took a while to come loose. And since I didn't approach my car from the front at any time, I didn't notice.

Since I was in eight different parking lots over the weekend, there's really no way to figure out where it happened. (My guess is the grocery store or the drug store.)

Tonight's mission: call the insurance company and see if they'll pay to replace it.

Even if they won't it shouldn't be too ouch, as a quick search on the internet shows the part going for under $200. I expect it will be a bit more to get it the right color, though.
