And wow, thank you so much! It was my first Mal/Inara scene, so I was a bit nervous. And yay for liking the last scene! It was ridiculously fun to write.

Oooh I want an iPad! Procrastination is a natural part of writing, I think. Sometimes I won't write anything for days and days and then I'm standing in the shower or walking the dog and the plot just comes to me. lol!

And can I just say that Children of Earth destroyed me? Don't get me wrong, I loved it, but I was an emotional wreck all the way through. I'm following along with Miracle Day now and it's just getting good.

Awwww Poor Mal and Inara. Very touching chapt in so many ways. Loved the Doctor and Inara conversation and then there was the Doctor and Rose hugging. The ending was perfect and so very Doctory.

What a lovely story! I always swoon for good DW/Firefly crossovers, and you ma'am are hitting all the right buttons! Your characterizations are so spot on and believable, with sweet Kaylee, well-meaning but gruff Mal, Inara with her aloof compassion, Book the peacemaker, Rose being her brilliant self, and the Doctor, well, being very Doctory :D

I have missed David Tennent's Doctor, so thank you for this entire last chapter. I loved his casual lies, his obvious care for Inara's troubles (a virtual stranger), calling her cheerfully out on trying to drug him, and the said drug getting him into a very interesting situation with poor Rose. I almost always prefer Rose with Nine (and Jack, but that's neither here nor there), but I gleefully await the next chapter of this Rose/Ten romance!

I gave this chapter a try and I'm very pleased I did! You really have the characterizations of Mal, Inara, the Doctor and Rose down beautifully.

Inara drugging the Doctor was awesome, as was the fact that he immediately noticed. :D

I really loved the emotional hit when he blames his reaction on the tea! POW! and he is SO OUT OF THERE. Poor Doctor, he really needs to get over his fear of connecting.
