Is there anyone else out there who bought tickets for This is It? Did you choose ticket fulfillment?

My friend got tickets and request a refund and she has already got the money. I know that's not really a big help, haha. But maybe they're slacking on printing the commemorative ticket, or something. What you may need to do is call them, though I couldn't find a number anywhere on the website, or visit a ticketmaster place near you and badger them until you find out whats up.
