It's getting me very annoyed.
Especially when I was watching the memorial and people came into my room and where like why are you watching that, you should turn that over, he's dead already.

Heartless.

my mom started to get annoyed by how huge the memorial was and all the coverage etc (which surprised me bc she loves MJ) but then she saw how upset I was and she let it go. I think people need to just let others be upset when they need it.

My dad is a huge Bill O'Reilly fan, and insists on watching his show every night. He's not home tonight, but my mom was like "Let's just see what he has to say." And everything was so skewed and awful, and he was ignorantly talking about how MJ bleached his skin and shouldn't be an African-American icon, etc etc etc. What was the worst was when he started spewing bullshit about how Michael was selfish! I was like "Mom, I can't stomach this. We need to change it, and fast."

Bill O'Reilly likes to talk really loud, but he rarely- if ever- has anything remotely legitimate to say. This was no exception.

Bill O'Reilly can DIAF as far as I'm concerned. What a waste of flesh.

People are so ignorant. They say random shit without even bothering to do their reseach to find out how much he changed the world. As for the news coverage they dont have to read about him, they can use SCROLL or change the channel when he is on the news in tv. FFS. Id like to think news about his death are more importants then OMFG what Paris Hilton was wearing yesterday.
I loved the memorial, it broke my heart, but I think it was amazing and very well done. <3
But it didnt give me any closure, it just made me feel worse.

ia. i've seen comments of people saying that this gave them closure, and i feel like something's wrong with me because i am just not feeling it. this did help me get out of denial though, i can say that.

Same here. I envy people who feel better now and got closure. I just feel super depressed. =/

I personally think that people are plain stupid (and shit in many cases) .. because one thing is if you hate him for what it is supposed that he did and all that stuff. but how can they denied all the impact in the music industry? i just don't get it. and i will never understand them.

I am. I mentioned this in that chat today but my teacher this morning said, "Michael Jackson didn't do any good in the world. He didn't find a cure for cancer..etc"...then this kid, bless him, defend MJ and mentioned all the good he did do with children and charity, etc. That shut him up. I was so close to jumping out of my desk.

And Whoopi said it best on The View---"if you dont want to hear about, change the channel. And we'll be right back, don't go away"

so many people just don't realize the good he did, because they don't want to. it's so ridiculous.

and whoopi seriously said it best.
