I had a strange dream that made me think =/ I need to share it with all of you because my real life friends will think I’m completely crazy if I tell them haha ( Read more )
Wow you pretty much visited Michael in heaven, that is such a lovely dream. I don't know if you're familiar with the novel The Catcher in the Rye, but I always feel like Michael would be the PERFECT catcher in a rye. Like that's how I think he would like to spend eternity. I bring this up because you said that you guys were swingin' in a huge field, which I imagined as a rye field. So when I started reading I was like :O, my daydreams have come true!
sry long response, and if you're not familiar with the book, I can explain what I mean if you want ;)
lol you must be like wtf? Anyway, there is a lot going on in Catcher in the Rye, but I'll just tell you the part that relates to MJ. One of the themes in this novel is loss of innocence. The main character is a young man who is saddened by the way kids have become tainted and are growing up too quickly. His one fantasy is to be a guardian of children that are running around and playing in a giant rye field, perched on a cliff. If they get too close to the edge, he will come in and save them, allowing them to play and be free without worry. He basically wants to protect children in this way, day and night, forever and ever. This is a classic novel and I highly recommend it. Although there are a lot of 'adult' themes and language. I think Michael would have liked its message too.
i had one a couple of days after he died where he just showed up at my house and i wasn't surprised at all and i just let him in and the first thing i just had to do was show him all the parties and stuff in his honor and he loved it and was laughing and crying and gave me a big hug and a kiss on the forehead and then we just sorta chilled for a while before he left.
