Ahhhh this was absolutely adorable and made me quite happy! :D I love the way you characterize the two of them, and how so much of their interaction is based on fiction and playing pretend. At the end, too, I liked how you left a lot unsaid about Francis's tastes and his past. This is sweet; thank you for sharing! ♥

They just seem like the kind who would play pretend a lot. Arthur has his fairies and unicorns and magic. Francis would love to play the role of a knight rescuing a damsel in distress.

Adorable! There aren't nearly enough children AU stories for this pairing and this was so cute, with Arthur's imagination and Francis' attempts to make friends.

I'm not entirely sure how long it will take for the next parts, or if I can finish writing them before the event runs its course. It seems unlikely as of now, but I'm glad you liked it.
