For each session do we have to make all three of the things, icon/userinfo/banner? and if so..do we have to get votes for all three of those to move on each time? Or is it separate? Meaning can you get votes for the icons but not the banners and still move on in the icon spot but lose in the banner section?

oh, no.. that was the final, so we had a special challenge, a bit more difficult to see who was the best :) Until the final comes, each participant has to make only one icon out of the picture provided by me... not that much work then! Have fun!
