Summer Delights

The boyfriend and I walked to one of my favorite places in the city on Thursday.  I love small, independent produce stands partly because it always feels like an adventure.  The people there are always friendly and know us as regulars.  I found a Walla Walla onion, which really are the best onions in the world, and clutched it to my chest smiling

Raspberries! I just got some yesterday and 2 of us ate the whole basket in one sitting. But I'm really craving peaches - the ones we picked ourselves at the farm in Spokane and the ones we grew in our back yard in San Diego. The first peach I ever picked myself was from that tree. The juice ran down my arm. It tasted like heaven.....
