I make lists of things I want to do. Then I make lists to parcel them nicely and neatly into manageable chunks over the course of the week, and then to subdivide them further. For instance, today's list informs me that I must call at least two people about going to see their houses, call Billie and ask if she's willing to be a reference for me, and

I make lists all the time. Of course, I also create family trees stretching back hundreds of years for my own sheer enjoyment, so the fact that I create lists is most likely not that much of a surprise.

If this is a pathetic endeavour, then at least we can be pathetic together.
