I spent ~23 hours at work this weekend, by which I mean I did 8 hours on Saturday, 9 on Sunday, and 6 today. But! My quota for the weekend is made, and I am done. At least until tomorrow.

I didn't know you were all about the opera.

It's never really been my thing - although Taine and I have been talking about going to the theatre at one point, if we can find something we'd enjoy. I think most Danish plays are crap, really, and I have trouble taking them seriously.

I've always liked opera, since I was about 13; I first had the opportunity to go to regular performances when I was at university, but after I finished I went through a long dry spell wherein I didn't have the money to go. Well, by God, that's changed so here we are. :D

It's not everybody's thing, and you shouldn't feel bad if it isn't yours. Theatre (of the regular variety) has really declined from the art form it was at one point. :\
