Can you cook salmon directly from frozen, or did you thaw it first? I am curious, because I tend mostly to eat salmon raw.

YES! You can cook salmon (and any other fish) directly from frozen! (I did not thaw it, as frankly there was no time and teh lolmom was v. hungry NAU plzkthx.) You will need to cook it for slightly longer (I'd guesstimate an extra 10-15 minutes). Obviously.
