Exciting events of yesterday: We exchanged the original TV set for the larger one that m0mmy wanted (with much hemming and hawing on her part, because she thinks she doesn't deserve to have a new television set and shouldn't ask for a bigger one even if the bigger one is what she wants and was within my price range anyway).
