*reads last line*

*feels self-righteous*

God, Ten was a pompous asshat sometimes. Aaaargh!

Lovely, though!

Was?? Sometimes??? Isn't he still? *sniff*
Sometimes I really hate to love him. Love to hate him. All that jazz.

Oh wow. Beautiful, but achingly sad.

I know. It seems I have a hard time doing completely happy. Though I have been known to do one or two on occasion.

Thanks for the review!

This fic is so completely different to the other glimpses I've read now... and that angsty tone in it goes really under my skin. It's these last three lines that make me shiver.

I actually quite love writing the Glimpses. I think they give us the chance to write something very emotional without worrying about all the logistics of it. What happened to Rose in Pete's World? What did she see? What did she do? What are the scars from (both physical and emotional)? I don't know. It's up to the reader to decide what happened to her. And I think, in some ways, this makes it more poignant, more hurtful.

This is one of my favorites of all I've done. I think it hurts the most and is written the best, and in so few words.

Oh and, the icon? The Doctor sees what you're doing thar with your icon. Not going to happen, my dear, not with me. :)
