I've been hired to work as a receptionist at my driving school! Even though it's kind of a low-wage job, I'm really happy about it. ^^ I hadn't even applied for it, but my driving teacher called me last night and asked if I wanted the job. I accepted immediately, and so I'll be working there for 'bout 2 months or so ( Read more... )

erm, honey, if that includes a lunch break, it's called a normal full-time job. ;-) that's not a lot of hours, that's standard. in the US anyway. >.>

I used to go 8-9 hours when I was in junior high and in middle school, but I picked a "special" high school that gave students more free-time (my ass, I had to study twice as hard T_T). ;P

but congrats on the job! full-time is better than part-time if you are trying to build up some money!

i'd say take care of degree requirements first. you can always take japanese when you have more time.
