Oi, you. We're watching you.

Are you an undesirable?

Do you own a copy of Nevermind the Bollocks? Perhaps you wrote an essay once on Koprotkin. Have you been known to doodle a scruffy-looking 'A' in a circle when bored during meetings? I'm sure most of you have a stash of old milk bottles for the manufacture of Molotov Cocktails. Have you read A Homage to Catalonia? Do ( Read more... )

wtf, ranting, politics

It's a fair cop, guv'nor!!1!!

'll sleep safely in my bed tonight, knowing that the thin blue line stands firm between me and people are haven't actually done anything illegal.

Well, the police spent billions proving the eco-protestors and anti-capitalists were completely legal. Giving anarchists the same thorough watching is only fair.... ::eyeroll::

Unfortunately for the boys in blue, anarchists tend not to pay expensive bribes to police officers. They should spend more time investigating tabloid journalists and businessmen who're actually criminals but can afford to buy their way out of police custody.

Remember: report me for using this icon! Anarchist humour is illegal, immoral, and fattening!

I think maybe the police have actually run out of rich crooks to accept bribes from, so they are looking for something to pass the time until the nice juicy little tid-bit comes along. Watching out for anarchists is esp good as they haven't actually broken the law much, so are unlikely to cause the police to do any proper work. (Under a definition of "proper work" that does not include kettling school kids.)

I've got a whole dossier on you. I may need help carrying it down the copshop.

I'm scared of the cyber terrorists. :/

Psh, surely not. Police officers - however corrupt - are noble pillars of society, unlike those dangerous unwashed subversives who go around protesting against wars just because they're illegal and other nefarious activities.

Q: How many anarchists does it take to change a lightbulb?
A: A lightbulb cannot be changed, it must be smashed!

Yeah, I'm probably on a watch list or two, myself. I've bought two books by anarchist publishers, read 'zines put together by anarchists, and even *gasp* spent time editing works by a confessed anarchist, myself! I've even helped an anarchist travel from location to location! *swoons*

Of course, if I hadn't picked him up from the train station, he never would have made it home for Christmas that year. . . .

Clearly you are dangerous subversive of the first order, and it is only a matter of time before I'm arrested for even knowing you. Just watch out for those dawn raids. *twitches*

Wait, what about the butter?

John Lydon made a series of adverts for Country Life butter, in what I can only assume was a vindictive attempt to drive me to utter despair.

See, how do I not know these things? Excuse me for a moment, while I wallow in my failness.

But, but, I made delicious gluten-free brownies using country life butter, just the other day! Must I turn myself in, or should I go on the run?! I'm ruined!

So many anarchists (not to mention all the Avengers fans with their "A in a circle" logo)! Lucky you've got all those cameras to keep an eye on them.
