In brief: The Longest Day may have been more exciting, but Daddy Ghoul is the best episode name ever. Also, the fact that George grew up in a house named "Sandcastle" is VERY FUNNY, YES IT IS.

Oh God, Mitchell. He's just. Like, if I saw a description of his character I'd assume I'd hate him, but he just has these wee moments of being so charming and sweet. He confuzzles me.

That said, in a Mitchell - Nina showdown, my money's on Nina.

Yeah, Mitchell has this charm that lets him get away with, well, murder. Given my SPN-induced impatience with manpain, how does this walking ball of manpain make me love him so much? It's wily trickery, that's what it is.

Hells, yeah. I bet she's real mean in a fight. Hmm...

Annie went back to being invisible again in S2, remember, after the first attempt to get her into Purgatory went south. All of her newfound "powers" were stripped away, which is why no one that's not supernatural can hear or see her anymore.

Oh, yes, that was it. I'm not sure why she hasn't got any of that back now, though, beyond the fact that it suits the plot on account of she seems more powerful now. Ah well.
