A couple of days ago I got really pissed drunk on minted liquor. A very nasty business, seeing as I was feeling blue and mopey in my backyard at half past two in the morning; liquor did NOT help that state.

you know, I've never read stuff online while drunk. I was a little tipsy when I read about Dumbledore being gay for Grindelwald, it's true (which explains the fits of maniac laughter that woke my parents up)... but I don't normally log on under the influence.

(though I still remember the time you tried to get me drunk to write you pervy Pete/Carl fic, woman. Don't think I have forgotten!)

I DO remember the drunk sms I received from you about Dumbledore new current state of queernes!! It was bloody hilarious, really, especially because it was like... the middle of the night.

OH MY GOD THE BEST THING IS THIS, RIGHT: this is from an episode of BlackAdder (British TV comedy show). I'm not sure which series, but I THINK it's series three, and I know the episode is called "Ink and Insensibility" (all the episodes had puns from Jane Austen novels as their titles.) It's the funniest thing EVER, you have to see it! It may be on youtube? I'll look. Byron at one point threatens to kill someone with syphilis. After I watched it recently, I spent about a week ending all my sentences with "ere I die". It's AWESOME.

p.s. I love that you found it drunk and recalled this one bit. Perfect!
