Okay, so I wouldn't have neglected to make an LJ entry for so long except that my computer screen died a while ago and it was in the IT repair place for about a week. They said there was a known problem with video cards in Apple laptops, so they ran the check for it and apparently everything is dandy. It just started working again on it's own, and
