Working for government we're supposed to be aware of different cultural events throughout the year so they send us a calendar with them all. the link is Here. I'm sure you can find something on there for December.

The one i like is Hogmanay. Put a picture of the scottish flag with a Happy Hogmanay on it towards the end of the year.
