Question, do you think it's better to know Wrath of Khan before seeing it or is it better for someone to go in fresh?

If you haven't seen Wrath of Khan yet, I guess go ahead and see Into Darkness first. That may help...

I had seen WoK first, and I enjoyed knowing the references, but I have heard others say it's better to see Into Darkness without having seen Khan.
