Good point, and I hadn't thought of it. Well, maybe she'll do some traveling in her next adventure. Doesn't she show up in Paris during the Hunchback of Notre Dame?

Hunchback takes place several hundred years before Beauty and the Beast. Hunchback is in 1482 (from the novel, but the movie did nothing to contradict that), while Beauty and the Beast happens sometime after Beethoven's 5th Symphony was written (after 1808), because Beethoven's 5th Symphony is the music Forte uses to try and destroy the castle in Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas.

So Belle doesn't only get to travel, she gets to time travel! Good for her...

I forgot when Hunchback takes place, but yeah, BATB takes place around the time French monarchies were falling out of vogue.
