Most cool.
The only Looney Tune Halloween cover I found better was the Trick 'n' Treat #3 cover, as the obviously concerned witch with Bugs for some reason makes me think of Donald Rumsfeld (his name even sounds like a Looney Tunes character).
I am intentionally not putting the link to this cover in, Shad, in case you intend to use it on another day this month; I know you know how to this particular cover yourself. Don't wanna spoil all the fun for your readers.

That is a very nice cover, but I am not planning on using it this year. It doesn't have any specifically Halloween content -- witches, while seen a lot around Halloween, don't "belong to Halloween" the same way jack-o-lanterns or trick-n-treaters do.
However, I might change my mind in future years, especially since the cover says "Halloween"...

I always liked the issue from a year earlier a tad more though:

It seemed much more appropriate to actually carve the jack'o'lantern out of a carrot. Seemed much more "looney" to me.
Whichever may be your preference, you can't go wrong.
