Question about Archie Comics

So I was in this newsstand getting my usual Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi, when I notice the cover of the Jughead digest where he appears to be breaking out of a comics page, and the blurb says something similar to "Jughead invades the real world"? Care to divulge any info?

Sounds like Jughead and Friends #23 (http://s41.photobucket.com/albums/e251/archiesolicitations/?action=view¤t=jfd23_0.jpg). I saw it in the store but didn't buy it, so I don't know what that was about either...
