I feel so yucky

Gah I have a migraine from hell again. So tired of these constant migraines & to pour salt on the wound constant nose bleeds too. I hate going to the Dr but fuck I think I really need go. Hate feeling like this my head feels like its spliting in two & even my fucking eyes hurt. *sighs* Guess I need to make a Dr's appointment soon.

Ouch, I never had the migranes, but I used to have random nosebleeds that made life hard. I hope you find out what's going on and get it taken care of. **hugs**
