That was realllllllly great!! Watching the movie, I've always kind of associated Snape and Septimus and this linked them perfectly. It was also beautifully written. Great job. :)

For some strange reason I never really got into HP, and as such was probably one of the few people who didn't automatically associate Septimus with Snape ;) but I think this crossover works quite nicely. I also really like the style of your writing--do you think you might write more Stardust fic in the future? :D

Thank you so much; I'm glad you liked the style of this piece, since I was kind of experimenting on this one. I would indeed like to write more Stardust fanfic in future; I had a wild plot-bunny hit me not too long ago and I'm trying to flesh it out a little more before I post anything. In the meantime though there's always one-shots!

I've just finished watching the Stardust film, and "Septimus=Snape" was blaring in my mind all throughout the movie. :D

Anyway, this is a great way to tie the two universes together! I hope you write more Stardust fics in the future! :)
